Red And Black A Perfect Combo For The Holidays
I can’t believe its December 2nd! Time goes by so quickly, just finished Thanksgiving festivities and now we are all getting ready for Christmas!
Ok, So lets start the month off with a fun look that is perfect for the Christmas holiday season, even though it can work for the rest of the season as well.
We all know red is a big color for Christmas and I especially like it mixed with black which is the color combo I am showing you today. I also love adding some gold in there which I have done with wearing my own gold earrings.I have a couple of brand new “red” pieces in the store for this month, starting with our beautiful Pomegranate Red Ruffle Blouse. This is a pretty and feminine blouse that is a statement piece with its great ruffle details and flounce sleeves. The body is loose and easy and the length is on the long side. I wore it out today, but you can tuck it in as well and wear it with a belt.
The second item is our Red Black Heart Scarf which is almost the same red as the blouse so it works really well with it. It is a fun print of hearts and dots that can pop any black outfit and it would also make a great Christmas gift. I showed you the blue version of this scarf a few weeks ago and you can see that one here.
The third item is our Red Black Ivory Plaid, Houndstooth Shawl Wrap. This is a great shawl that has two different patterns one on each side so when you purchase it, you are getting two shawls in one. I showed you the Gray Tan color version a couple of weeks ago and we sold a lot of them. We still have a few and you can see that one here.
I chose to style the blouse two ways. First I wore it with our Black Faux Fur Vest even though it will work with a jacket or coat as well, as long as the sleeve is not too tight. The Black Faux Fur Vest is a great piece for the holiday season and the best part is that it can keep you warm while you look super stylish and chic.
