Last Saturday I attended an event organized for bloggers by Simply Stylist that took place at “The Grove” at the Farmers Market in West Hollywood which is a really nice open air shopping center that is very popular in Los Angeles. In fact, Extra which is an entertainment news show, used to film here on a daily basis before they moved to the “Universal City Walk “a couple of years ago. It is also located right next to the historic Farmers Market that is home to so many food stalls, sit-down eateries, prepared food vendors, and produce markets .
The Simply Stylist fashion and beauty conference is designed to connect career minded bloggers and beauty lovers together in a space where they can network and learn from experts in the field. You could either attend the full day session which was hosted by Catt Sandler or do a shorter session called “Social Butterfly and Breakout Sessions” which is what I did. It was really nice to meet up with other bloggers and network to learn about their experiences growing their blog, social media and other aspects of their businesses.
For this occasion, I wanted to look professional yet trendy chic, so I chose to wear our Roma blazer with skinny jeans, white top and brown gladiator sandals. You can see how I have styled the Roma blazer a few times before Here and Here. Whenever I wear brown and white with denim I always love accessorizing in turquoise. I think those colors looks so good together and give your outfit a fresh look for spring.
