Our Faux Leather Vest And Graphic Tee Perfect For Fall
I first introduced our belted faux leather vest on my blog here. Back then I chose to style it in an unconventional way over an asymmetrical dress/tunic. I was aware that was not a typical way one would wear this vest, but I really liked the combination of the two pieces and the modern edge they created together.
Today I thought it would be a great time to style the faux leather vest again, but this time in a more conventional way. As we are getting closer and closer to fall, this is a perfect piece to take you into September and October. This black faux leather vest is a very versatile piece that you can wear over long or short sleeve tops and even sweaters as it gets cooler. The other great detail about this vest is that it comes with a spaghetti tie as a belt, so you can wear it both ways, belted or unbelted. I have shown you the vest done both ways in my photos below.
Today I have chosen to pair it with our Grifflin Paris graphic tee since it is a short sleeve top and works better for our weather in Los Angeles right now. These two pieces look great together and compliment each other very well and I like this look with my black skinny jeans, pointy mules and my red Prada bag for a pop of color. Because of the graphic tee I didn’t add a necklace but I did add two of our black bead bracelets to go along with my watch. We only have two of these bracelets left so if you like them now would be the best time to snag them.
You can purchase the belted faux leather vest here, Grifflin Paris graphic tee here, and the Black bead bracelet here.
How do you like my look and which way do you prefer the vest, belted or not belted?
