Black And White With A Splash Of Fuchsia
I hope you all had a nice and relaxing Memorial Day Weekend. Ours was very quiet, but we did enjoy the glorious weather here in Los Angeles outside on our patio. We also had a barbecue and a few drinks with friends on “zoom calls with cocktails” as we call it, last night.
So how about today’s look? We all know that black and white is always chic and never goes out of style. That’s why once every couple of months I like to put a black and white look together for you.
I also love adding a pop color to a lot of my black and white looks. That can be through one of the clothing items, jewelry or an accessory item like shoes or bags.
Today’s pop of color is in the color of my top.
We have a new color addition, fuchsia, in our rayon modal jersey tops which I think is a fun and cheerful color for spring and especially going into summer.
As you know this rayon modal fabric is really nice and soft. The body is semi loose and easy to wear. It has a round neckline, short sleeve and the sides are slightly shorter than the back and front.
I wore this top with my black skinny jeans and added our beautiful White Cascading Collar Jacket With Lace Trim, which is another perfect piece for summer that you really should take a closer look at !
This stunning jacket is almost like a cardigan, because it is made out of a soft and light-weight rayon and it drapes beautifully. It is super easy to wear and has a pretty and delicate lace trim on certain parts of the jacket. The front has a cascading collar with no front closure.
For accessories today I added one of our fun spring scarves, our Ivory Pink Orange Geometric Print Scarf with Tassels. This scarf/shawl is colorful piece and the tassels make it super fun. The pink in the scarf works nicely with the fuchsia color of the top.
I am also wearing a new pair of earrings from our shop, our Gold Hoop Earrings with One Teardrop Rhinestone. This item puts a new twist on basic hoop earrings because of the teardrop rhinestone that is attached to the top of it.
