Our Two New Cowl Neck Pull On Ponchos
Pull on ponchos are trending in a big way for this fall. We introduced our cashmere blend pull on ponchos a few weeks ago and they were a big hit. In fact we sold out of the camel color way and we are trying to see if we can get more now. However we do have some left in a beautiful Ivory color, and you can see them by clicking here.
These pull on ponchos are a great stylish substitute for a plain sweater or cardigan for fall. You can wear your layering pieces under them and throw them over your head and you are good to go.
These two new pieces that I am showing you today are available in a wonderful blush color and black. They have a long and loose cowl neck that hangs and drapes in the front. The sides are open, so you definitely need to wear a top underneath.
They look great left loose or you can belt them for a more sophisticated look. I have shown you both looks below, When I belted them, I have actually belted them two different ways. For the blush color way, I have put the belt through just the front part and left the back loose.
As for the black color way I have belted the whole thing, front and back. So you have a lot of different options in styling these fun ponchos.I also added a very pretty new scarf from our shop which is a patchwork print in beautiful colors. It looks great with both the blush and the black ponchos. You may not think of wearing a scarf with a poncho, but it works just like wearing a scarf over a sweater.
I wore all these pieces with my jeans and black boots which are both a staple for fall. As for jewelry, I chose to wear earrings since necklaces do not work with these long cowl necklines, unless they are super long themselves. So I chose to wear our new Matte Silver Hoop Earrings, which look great with both pieces.
